  Question about BIG WHEELS
Posted by: Jamie - 07-16-2012, 04:03 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

When you put big wheels on the Cimex.

Does the tilting head of the Mex adjust to the appropriate ride height and allow for the bigger wheels?

Do you need to replace the Axle when swapping the wheels?

I notice that Rick's Big Wheel Kit does not appear to have pneumatic tyres? Is this correct?

Are there any benefits to Solid tyres over pneumatic? I was thinking pneumatic may be the way to go but am unsure about that. Would this cause too much bounce on stairs?

Thanks gents

Jamie

I posted a photo some time back with the sign on my Mex;

Today, I took a lousy pic of it with my Borg;

  Cimex Is On It's Way!!

After working a full day in my restaurant, I cleaned 5k sq. ft. of cgd last night using my 175. I decided at midnight that the Cimex was going to be ordered first thing in the morning. Can't wait to receive it and give it a workout.
Rick- Props to you and your staff. You guys really understand good old fashioned "can do" service. Thanks!

Hi to all from Kent, England in the UK

Brand new encaps novice here. Thrilled to have discovered from Shorty down under that Releasit could soon be available in the UK. Am reading through the various threads to gain a good starting knowledge. Got the news from excellent supply sales office that the distributor is CSUK (Cleaning Systems UK).

  MAX Pads

Do any of you use the Fiber Plus MAX pads exclusively? Or, do you also use the beige Fiber Plus? Have you had any instances where the MAX pads were too aggressive and caused damage?

  Unsocial Network ?? Linkedin
Posted by: Cairnswun - 07-05-2012, 05:26 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (9)

Couple of questions about this "social network" (??) internet thingy.

I ain't real smart with computers, and my brain is slower than a rattle snake in winter.

Crikey, I can't even keep up with Facebook. Blush

But how can Linkedin help me (or anyone else) in business, when someone is half a world away. ??

I seem to get a lot of requests from American people to join and be their buddy, what would be the perceived benefit in accepting their request.??

Most of them I don't know, but they profess to know somebody that I know.

I may have replied to someone on a forum or met at an industry event such as Connections, and such a connection (no pun intended) is made, thus giving these people a reason to contact me.

I can't really see any reason that someone in Pigsty, Alabama, or Nome, Alaska, would want to have me as their "Link friend" being several thousand miles and a few countries away.

Hence most of these requests, I have deleted.

Look forward to some replies.

Shorty, lost in the tropical ethernet. Huh
