I have noticed that other manufactures hydrogen peroxide based encap detergents have more of a clear consistency to it them while Releasit Encap-Hydrox has somewhat of a milky white consistency.
I'm curious as to why?

my thoughts about solutions while on a job the other day.
I use an orbot with tuway pads, releasit, punch and encap spot.
If I run out of releasit I would use punch.
But if I run out of punch how many ounces of encap spot to the gallon could I use to carry on with the job on commercial carpet?

Hi Rick,
I was googling and came across this page:
http://www.excellent-supply.com/Marble-C...ctions.pdf
However, I don't see most of these supplies on your store and the stone care page gets a 404 error. Did you all quit selling this stuff?
I have a terrazzo floor to do and am trying to consider my options with the equipment I have (175/autoscrubber/cimex) and waxing vs polishing. Terrazzo is new area for me so any advice very much welcome!!

Pre-spraying with or without scrubbing??? |

I thought a lot about the difference when pre spraying the carpet and giving some dwell time. What is more effective on heavily soiled commercial carpets?
1) Just to spray with a battery or pump up sprayer...let dwell and then clean or
2) Spray with the onboard sprayer of my Orbot while scrubbing with a fiber pad...give some dwell time and then clean with a Microfiber pad or SuperZorb?
What works best for you?

After many sleepless nights i bought the Hos Orbot sprayborg a few months ago. I thought a lot about the Cimex but feel that Orbot is the better choice for me. I like the machine but noticed that i use more solution then with my pump up and rotary. Is there anything i am doing wrong? Do i have to adjust the spray tips in a different way? I realy like the onboard sprayer but have to get learn how i use the sprayer in the right way so that i do not use too much solution...
I am thankfull for every advice!

I have to say that I was a bit skeptical about using the Brushencap on residential carpets as my primary machine but the last few days I've been doing testing this method out and all I have to say is WOW!!! I used Absorb Ultra and Releasit you get amazing results and a dry time of dry by the time you load your truck back up.
I know may think that this is a commercial only machine but if you take your time and use it correctly (not rushing) this is a great investment. Sure there are scenarios where HWE or Padding should be used but this will be my first choice for most jobs.
I do have some questions....
For residential what would you recommend as an everyday juice. DS2, Punch or Hydrox?
Is the Adsorb Ultra Freeze - Thaw stable?
I can't seem to find the MSDS sheet, what is the main ingredient of the Adsorb?
What are the sponges actually made of?
How long will the white brush last if I do use it say like 3 jobs a day, 5 days a week (just an estimate)? I'm not using this brush for commercial or wool as I have separate brushes for them already!
Thank you Excellent-Supply for you awesome sales and service

Help with Browning on upholstery |

Cleaned a couch for a client. Used my portable extractor to rinse. Got the all the next day that the couch looked dingy, or as her husband said, like it had been cleaned using dirty water. Great. First time for everything! Assured the client I would attempt to fix, so I picked up a couple of cushions to work on. Per a class instructor I had, I applied a light misting of Bad Dog urine remover to one side of one cushion. No dice. Applied a specific Browning product to the other side and got similar results...nothing.
Anyone had to deal with this and what did you use? I have a feeling I'm about to be paying the client for their couch.

Would this machine be good for a retail strip mall?
I purchased the 15" brushencap machine, and now looking to add another light weight easy to use versatile machine.
This outside mall area has around 250 shops with just about every type of flooring. I'm trying to find an easier way to clean some of the smaller shops without pulling out the Cimex or OP machines.
I've always wondered if these machines really had the ability to clean just about all floor surfaces as advertised.
