Question How to protect blue paint around edges?
Posted by: Derek - 12-13-2014, 06:58 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (1)

i'd like to be able to protect the blue paint around the edges of the spinning head on my new Cimex for once. it also needs to protect baseboards from any marks. anyone found a way to do this without making the Cimex look funny?

thanks Smile

I need more space for area rug cleaning and indoor winter parking will be great. Also Maintenance on my TMounts indoors.

any pointers or warnings from those that have done it would be appreciated.

Ok, folks.  I'm web savvy enough to have learned that having a blog on your webpage helps boost you in the google search results.  As I get this thing kicked off, i want to "share the wealth."  I'd like to have some of you guys offer up some material for my blog.  could be techniques, experiences, suggestions for homeowners, etc.  And it would be a chance to get your company name and info in the blog post, while giving my blog more "beef."  I'm really planning to get it going in January.

Any takers?

  what equipment to clean tile?
Posted by: CleanItGreen - 12-12-2014, 01:58 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (5)

sorry if this is a repeat question.  what are you guys using to clean tile?  in my head i know i can use the white brushes on my cimex to scrub with, somehow use my portable extractor to suck up the slurry, and I believe i need to get some type of material to put around edges and under things to keep the water in the middle of the floor.  what am i missing?

To bottom of the harbor......................

That's been today.

Had a nice leather lounge to clean today, that ended up being a real pain.

3.5 years old, NEVER been cleaned, in a rental apartment that goes for a grand a week.

Body sweat had done it's damage and now needs a repair that the owners don't want to pay for.

Forget the leather here's the views.

Looking up river:

Down river:

It was all downhill after that, went to a dogbox that the RE wanted restored.

Scrub prior to HWE.

THIS is WUN reason I use the BIG WHEELS, non standard staircase.

The underneath has been built in, note the rat stopper on top of the pole supporting the upper level.

Forget that, you can't see it. SORRY.

Anyone taller than I, would continually knock their head.

Those of you who have transitioned from a Truckmount / HWE operation to an Encap / VLM operation - I would LOVE to hear your story.

What moved you to make the transition? How has it affected your business - good or bad? What has been the reaction from your customers? What benefits do you see?

Just wondering...

What do you love about being in the carpet cleaning business?

What attracted you to this business?

Are you planning to do this till retirement?
