  Vario Weights on an Orbot?
Posted by: lee@deepclean.us.com - 07-08-2015, 04:51 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (1)

Hey Rick,

Do you think the round Vario weights would fit and stay on the deck of an Orbot?

How much do the weights cost ?

Still dealing with ice-melt issues - Hydrox?
Posted by: Derek - 07-08-2015, 03:49 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (11)

quarterly account with heavy ice-melt residue...not so heavy that there is a white build-up, but it has that wet look to the carpet in certain areas. 2 months ago we used Hydrox @ 12 oz., as it recommends on the bottle for ice-melt issues.

my contact emailed me today to schedule our next visit and she mentioned that they reappeared shortly after our last visit.

any ideas on a way to fix this using VLM/encap? maybe use Hydrox at a stronger dosage, or can i add some citric acid to Hydrox??

thanks for any advice --- Derek. Big Grin

What kind of carpet sanitizer do you recommend? I got a few customer with pets who wants to let clean and sanitize their carpet.

Is there a product i can dillute with the Releasit products?

Hi Encapmaster,

Late last night I sent you guys an email with a couple of questions about an issue I am having with a pivot bracket. I just want to make sure you got the email. Thanks.

  Shipping rates

I don't complain much but I am getting tired of feeling like I am getting hosed for some things  Almost 20 for shipping two boxes of 17" pads is a little high (at least to me)and fedex ground can never find my house anyway.  Is there no cheaper way to ship?  As bad as I need the pads my order before shipping is 68.00 +  an extra 18.97 to ship, wow.  And I thought Jon Don was getting crazy.

Is the Vario a good starter OP machine?
Posted by: Sergio - 07-05-2015, 06:11 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (7)

Hello guys, new to the forum and looking for some advice. I'm going to start chasing commercial accounts, and want to do so with an op machine. Any of you have any input on the Vario with a weight kit on it? Wondering if it is a good starter op. I guess my main question is ig it could tackle most nasty jobs. Encapman I know you push this machine right??

  Done already?
Posted by: Act One Cleaning - 07-02-2015, 01:51 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (2)

Called out again to a major plant; in a large conference room, the three-month new carpet was all tracked up with factory grime.  So, since the sprayer already had HydrOx in it we vacuumed and sprayed, spotted here and there and used the Duplex to scrub it all up.  All done in short order and the building maintenance super pops his head in and asks if we'd do the conference room next door.  Don't mind if I do!

Then the head of cleaning stops by, gives a low whistle and asks if we do tile too.  Soon, we found ourselves scrubbing the floor in the visitor center men's room.  It now looks nearly new and believe me, those residues were like black paint.

The whole shebang was done with "Senor Rolley" the Duplex 420, with a quick brush change for the tile.  No pictures, sorry.  I'm out of sacrificial chickens and my dropboxery isn't up to par.  However, you guys that do different surfaces, you won't be sorry to use the Duplex.  Gotta really hand it to that Releasit spotter too, it sizzles!  Finally, although I had misgivings about using the HydrOx on olefin carpet, it really cleaned things up and left the place looking like the day it was installed.  Now that last, uncleaned giant conference room looks a bit shabby...maybe they'll notice and crack their wallet a little more.

This is a blast!

  Dirty Shoe Store
Posted by: bmas - 06-30-2015, 06:18 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (1)

looking for some advice.  I clean a large shoe store.  The carpet is DGD with pretty dirty traffic areas.  I would love to wow them this year.  Do you thing the grey pads or soft white brushes on my Cimex would give me the wow factor?  Thanks in advance for your suggestions
Brad

  Logo design?

Rick, I have been chuckling over the brave bottle of Releasit and the happy, confident Cimex man. Do you bave a guy there who drew those? I'd love to commission a logo.
