Help with washable crayons on belgian linen chair |

Hello guys, I'm new to the forum and the carpet cleaning industry. Can any of you tell me how to clean a belgian linen chair that a child has written all over with "washable" crayons? I'm a low-moisture guy so I don't have a TM but I do have a 500psi portable and portable spotting machine. I have attached a picture and thank you for any help you can offer!

I sometimes clean restaurants early in the morning. Many of them have carpeted area and tiled areas. What I have noticed is they generally wet mop the tiled area in the morning and this takes about an hour in some cases. Let's do some math. The cleaning cost of the tile is about an hour a day plus what ever chemicals they use. Let's not forget mop heads etc. The carpeted area sometimes gets an half assed vacuuming. But let's just focus on the tile for now. What the owner does not realize is the wet mopping process could be costing upwards of $1000 every 90 days based on an hourly wage of $10 per hour. The best part is vacuuming and scheduled carpet cleaning costs much less. If the commercial customer has tile and carpet They probably don't realize the carpet vs tile cleaning costs. It is a fact that most business owners don't understand that carpet has the lowest maintaining cost.

I have inlaws that want to hire SS to do their home cause they were told that pad-capping and encapping destroys carpets and is not safe. I offered to demo it for them but they are "experts" on everything.
Anyone know of an article I can send them that shows that Orbot type cleaning is safe for carpets?
I figure if they read it on the web they will believe it finally since they Google everything before they do anything. (you know the type)

I seen a CRB machine with a 2 gl solution tank with electric sprayer. any chance of these being available as a ad on? PS, as soon as I seen it I wished it was a 2.5gl, doesn't sound like much but would make a big difference.

An Experiment with DS2 |

I wanted to show the results of DS2 compared to a competitor brand. This clearly shows the ability to resist re soiling. This is not a professional video. As I was holding a camera with one hand. But I think it really shows how good quality carpet cleaning chemistry should work. Both Clean really well but one works and one fails at keeping it clean longer. BTW I did another experiment. That allowed the samples sit and dry for several hours. The results were the same. I did the video this way so people could not say I fixed or tampered with the experiment. Both samples are mixed as directed on the bottle. Black Pepper is used to simulate dust and dry soil.

How many of you call every customer a day or two after you complete the job to check and see if they are happy? I am very good at writing thank you notes and I offer a complete 100% guarantee if there is a problem. I guess my doctor, lawyer, accountant or mechanic never calls me to see if I am happy but was wondering what other folks are doing in the carpet cleaning world?
