Got the truckport extractor does it work better with the salution on the outside of suction hose our inside the suction hose it came with the hose velcroed on the outside

How many of you guys target janitorial contractors as customers for your commercial carpet cleaning business? If so, what has been your most effective method of reaching and communicating with them? Do you offer to pay them a commission for any jobs they sub to you? What is your overall success rate in attracting them?
We currently do business with 2 janitorial contractors but they basically fell into our lap. We want to do more to promote our business to these folks.

I need some help pricing 9000 sqft of CGD. Im new to carpet business and don't have much experience bidding of carpet cleaning. Carpet was installed sometimes around August of last year and it is in pretty nice shape. I was thinking charging .18/sqft. What are your thoughts? I would appreciate any help. I was thinking about encaping it with 20" floor machine. That is all I have at the moment. I know Cimex would be ideal for this but price is little bit out of my range right now.

Have. I read or watched a video which you say punch is not comparable with DS2 but works great with Hydrox please correct me if I am wrong????????
