  Soileze - Rick
Posted by: Rob D - 03-20-2013, 12:21 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (4)

I just placed my first order for soileze to add to the Releasit products that I use that does not contain it. I have been informing my customers how encapsulation works and I was wondering how soileze coats the fiber and does not vacuum up with the dried encap solution. I posted this because I thought it may be helpful for others..thank so much for your great products!Cool

  Ds2 or hydrox

I've used both of these products with good results on both commercial and residential carpets. Just wondering what i should use and when? Is one better than the other?

REPORTS OF OP AND RELEASIT PRODUCTS BEATING HWE
Posted by: SLOTOOLS - 03-19-2013, 01:26 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (24)

OK I have HWE for 30 years- for some of my clients, I have demoed or completely cleaned
business, residence, townhome or apartment with the OP method and Releasit chems.

I am new to OP- using more with confidence every day, in fact yesterday I had a 3800 sq home, 2000sq ft. home and 2 upscale apartments, and either full OP as with the apartments or a combo of both in the homes electing to HWE stairs and frontrooms that contained more soil content. initially upon starting jobs, I take a brush and use encap to clean the nooks and crannys that hwe cannot get to, and pre clean and detail stairs.

I am going to purchase a stair cleaning tool so I can encap stairs effectively as well.

This has been big for my business and I am having a blast-
Gotta go now and clean some more carpet.................

  Hydrox pop
Posted by: Rob D - 03-19-2013, 12:59 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (2)

Just want to share some hydrox results. I cleaned a residential tan carpet with hydrox yesterday and had incredible results. I have cleaned this carpet for the last 8 years with hwe and this was the first encap cleaning. The color of the carpet just "popped" ! I wish I had pictures but I never expected these results I always left this house thinking I wish that carpet would come out better, not this time plus the bonus of it being dry in 45 minutes was huge.

Replace, Rinse or just keep on keep on using
Posted by: leofry@1966 - 03-18-2013, 10:42 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

lesson learned i guess, I have not been doing enap very long, so i thought after a job and the pad looked dirty i just tossed it and replaced it... so do i rinse, replace, flip, or just keep on using ... this was just from one job, a church that was not all that dirty at least i don;t think it was...

I tried to post a photo.. but maybe i am doing it wrong... i just tried to add a attachment but it would not let me..

  IICRC class for our staff
Posted by: encapman - 03-15-2013, 08:07 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (14)

We train and train and train our folks. But in addition to our in-house training - last week we put the crew through the two day IICRC CCMT course. Now our staff (in the red shirts) knows a little more than they did before. Knowledge is good. Smile

  new to encap
Posted by: pauluscarpetcare - 03-14-2013, 12:49 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (32)

been in the cc business for 25 years. ive been researching this encap process for the past year. i was convinced that using a tm was the only way to clean. i received some samples from Excellent Supply and using an old 175 i became sold on the idea of adding this process to our business. I just purchased a cimex from Excellent Supply. My question is , can i use it for resi work, how do you clean edges, corners, etc.? Can i eventually dump my butler? Any advice i would appreciate. Thanks
