do you ever worry that they may just hire a $10 an hour guy and buy a cimxex ..

I see some of our pads from our cimex's in trashcan and wonder if our techs our discarding them too early. It does seem the center of the pad gets thinner before the outer portion does. Do any of you have a rule of thumb as to when to replace these pads?

Alright how many of you book cleaning jobs on Saturdays? I don't as a general rule unless it is a large commercial office that there is no other time to do it. When my dad and I went into business we decided that if we couldn't make a living monday - friday then we needed to find something else to do. So we have never booked on Saturdays. Besides I would miss so many family things if I booked on Saturdays.

what do you guy who are full time encap company do about steps and upholstery

do you guys encap Frieze or shag carpet or is it just a market you try to say away from ?

I am really loving encap, but some of my clients are day cares and i have been told not do do encap in day cares ... whats your thoughts on this?

There have been a number of upticks in the economy in recent months. But this one affects us in our industry.
