OK so a couple of weeks back, during our weekly meeting I was leaning back in my chair. That's actually not a good idea, when the chair your sitting on has wheels. I tipped over backward. So do I get compassion? NO! I got no pity at all. Instead they laughed at me.
But to help protect others from this kind of workplace hazard - they went ahead and put together this little chair safety video...

We just acquired a new account, in a weird roundabout way. |

We have been targeting a few buildings, managed by one of the largest property managers in Raleigh. These buildings are residential co-ops, so the decision is made by H.O.A.'s
I recently connected with a commercial flooring service that was referred to us by a carpet supply warehouse that was referred to us by one of our cleaning supplies. I told them that I was interested in referring them to my commercial clients. They sent us an e-mail, asking us to go and look at some hallways carpets in a building in Downtown Raleigh. When I saw the address, I realized that this was one of the buildings we have been trying to get. We gave them a carpet inspection and did a demo and landed the account.

Hi Guys,
New poster here!
I have been cleaning for about a year and a half now exclusively VLM. So far, so good. Our commercial work has become more and more frequent to the point where I think it's time to get a Cimex.
My question is this:
How many of you are taking on the greasy spoons using VLM tools? Has it been a successful endeavor or can some of the tougher places prove to be too much of a challenge for low moisture?
What's your process and what tools, pads and Releasit products are you using?
Thanks!

Welcome to the new format of the EncapBoard. We went for a cleaner look. We retained the features of the previous version. But this one cleans everything up a bit. I hope you like it!

We're planning to launch a revised version of the new EncapBoard in the next day or so. I've considered your comments and we're adopting a new layout for the EncapBoard that's more inviting than the current version. I love what I'm seeing as our web guy is putting it together. I think you'll like it too. Stay tuned.

i read on another forum that their is a "new" Cimex design, and that it now weights 23 pounds lighter.
is that true, and if so when did this happen?
23 pounds less would mean less head pressure. how did they make up for that so that it cleans as good as my older model?
tx --- Derek.

I had trouble with my login once before (Déjà vu) and had to start over with a new user name)old was tadsvces then tadservs) and today couldn't login because the old email that I used is no longer available so I can't retrieve password.
So I had to start over, I swear I thought Rod Serling was going to light up a cigarette in my living room.
Honestly, they told me if I didn't inhale id be OK...yeah right! Or is it age?
Well, onto the question, I went to look at a retirement community the other day, they have the people with the yellow trucks (ss) wet & dash the place maybe every other month.
The dinning room is of course trashed, in addition to the traffic lanes.
I was thinking that my Cimex with fiber plus pads and Releasit taking slow passes should do the trick.
Or should I HWE with my KC pro 1200 with all fiber textile rinse then go over with Cimex and Releasit.
I also would like to put these people on a monthly maintenance Cimex program.
All thoughts and suggestions welcomed.
P.S. How is the Orbot w/ Sprayborg for commercial?
Thanks,
T
