  Promo Suggestions
Posted by: jsjanitorial - 03-10-2016, 12:34 AM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

I'm getting more actively involved with our local Chamber (going to mixers, ribbon cuttings, became an Ambassador, etc. to meet more local area business owners.)

They are encouraging me to run a promo they can send out to all the chamber members. This is a little tricky for commercial work. Has anyone here done any type of promo? I was thinking maybe up to 1000 sq ft area for $99?

Thoughts? Ideas?

I have some questions about the vario
Posted by: Ades Gros - 03-03-2016, 09:32 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (3)

Is there a brush for tile and grout agitation ?

The tip that comes in it is a 04, i thought i was using a lot of chemical . I put a 02 tip in seems to be doing good as far as cleaning. I can hold the button down for the whole wet pass

I did a residential job the other day came out great, 1 hour = $180.00

Plus i mainly bought it for a church job i did in Jan that was 1100.00 job, so with all the other jobs i have used it for i know i have made my money back on it already. I just bought it in Dec.

Today i had a rat nasty rental i used a red pad first to scrub, then the micro beast WOW i was amazed myself. I did pre vac I'm gonna go back tomorrow and look again, i might post vac .

  CRB Question
Posted by: Mcleanz - 02-28-2016, 03:13 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (8)

I have noticed that there are carpet cleaning companies that claim they use CRB for carpet cleaning exclusively. Is this possible? How do they treat pet stains, etc,? Or better yet how do they clean really filthy carpet?

21.500 sqft of medium soiled carpet
Posted by: Bernd - 02-27-2016, 01:25 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (8)

Next week i have a demo for a big carpet cleaning job of 21.500 sqfts. It is a electronic store with a medium soiled carpet. Its here the common needle punch carpet. Normally i would use the 175 but i think when doing the whole carpet with this machine my back and me needs a long holiday Smile . (When i get the job)

I have the opportunity to rent the Hos Orbot and think it would be a quite good option. How manny square feets/ hour can i reach with this op?

I have a helper for vaccuming. Its open space with some longer corridors.

  Pad capping?

When pad capping is DS 2 a good choice or would Punch do as good or better. Using the cimex with bonnets or a op with the micro beast and bonnets ?

Natural - Chemical Free Cleaning Products
Posted by: ASmith11 - 02-26-2016, 08:27 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - No Replies

Hello Everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me with this question. Can any of you recommend a product to clean carpet and linoleum that does not contain harsh chemicals and has all natural safe ingredients?

Thanks in advance

  Rinsing out a MicroBeast bonnet

Sorry, the person who shot this with their iPhone had the camera oriented the wrong way. But this short video still demonstrates the amount of soil that got captured using Releasit and a MicroBeast bonnet cleaning a medium soiled carpet.

Posted by: Bernd - 02-20-2016, 07:12 PM - Forum: GENERAL DISCUSSION - Replies (4)

My Encap spot ran out of stock...

Can i handle a strong dillution of DS2 in the same way as a spot cleaner especially as application against spill stains and wick back problems?

Which dillution do you recommend?

Hey Rick,

I'm thinking of getting some cimex Brushes for cleaning tile floors. Do you recommend the 4804 or 4805 brushes?

Thanks!

  Industry Conferences

I am wondering what the best conferences or trade shows are to attend. I'd like to learn more about fiber identification for carpet and upholstery, etc. I see The Experience in Atlanta in April and Mikeyfest this summer in Nashville. Both are in driving distance. Thoughts?
