Commercial client has rubber decking installed around an interior pool and wants it cleaned 4 x per year. States the manufacture recommends a peroxide based product. I want to do this VLM. Would Hydrox it work? Any ideas?

I've been checking out some of the competition in the area and I see there is a chem-dry franchise. I was looking at their info and it says they use low moisture with carbonation?

Anyone have any info on this and how it compares to encap? Especially when it comes to commercial carpet.

had a commercial job today.  The cimex would not glide over the rug smoothly.  It would actually stop moving but I could still see motor running. I called and Rob told me to clean out  the plugs and I did, still sticking.  The carpet is carpet squares with smooth texture to it.  Is it possible that this the of carpet is making it stick.  The machine is only 1.5 years old and not used too much.

OK just wondering will the SZ pull more soil out , say in residential setting IE carpet with pad? I had a NASTY white berber today it looked great as i was cleaning. But after a few minutes it was turning dark. I was only doing one room so i had time try things. But after i scrubbed it good i hooked up the TM and rinsed it. It turned white again. I'm trying to do more pad capping , op, cleaning in some homes and apts. I just bought a Vario liking it so far.

My target for 2016 are more commercial clients. Have read a lot good things about the cimex r48.

While searching a used cimex i found a well priced used cimex r61.

What do you think about this 24" model?

Just bought the 15 inch machine through the special promotion. Assumed it was usable to a couple inches in a rug bath. Reading a couple things here is looks like that may be a special order thing. How do I know if the machine I ordered can be used i n a couple inches of water?

Thinking of getting into the encap business cheap.

has anyone used these on their Cimex? i am interested to hear any feedback on them.

also, how well do they adhere to the Cimex pad drivers? do they tend to fall off??
