Hello all - we are finally going to get started with the samples received in one of our biggest buildings.
My question is this: after using wet extraction methods for years on these carpets, what preparation is needed, beforehand, to prep the carpet area we are testing for this new method?
Hi Guys, need some help out there.
Going to a lady who has 1 loungeroom with lots of milk stains spilled from a babys bottle. (been there for six months or more).
She actually tried to clean up the milk by scrubbing it into the carpet with a scrubber you use for washing the dishes with.
It looks as though it has changed the colour of the carpet which is brown.
What do I use to treat these stains?
questions
I am cleaning 17000 sq feet of concrete this week and want some advice.
things to know
concrete is not that dirty , well not crazy dirty
its pretty much wide open space.
when i first got this job i looked into buying a scrubbing machine but then i thought ok this is most likely a one time deal, so i thought i have a cimex and a 175 and a huge walk behind shop vac. I also have 2 young men helping me so here is what i thought.
one will put product down with the cimex or 175 and the other will walk behind with the walk behind shop vac.
what do you think ?
also what product ?
what brushes or pads ?
how long do think it would take.
i have about a total of 16 hours do get this done ...
Now that the new citrus scent has been out for a few months, we would like to get your feedback. Which one do you like better? The new fresh citrus scent, or the old tea tree scent? We've received a lot of good feedback about the new citrus scent, but we would love to hear what you think. Thanks!
Being a new orbot user I'm slowly getting to grips with how it likes to run best. One thing I can't get my head around is the flow from the jets although it may be my technique. I typical overlap passes by half as you would when wanding a carpet with an extractor. I find when done however that carpets are pretty damp even on lowest flow setting on the control valve. Does anybody use different jet sizes on theirs or only overlap a small amount on passes?
Today i cleanend a looped commercial carpet with different spots, most of them were unknown. I started treating them with Encap spot. Some disapeared others were still there.
I tried to remove them by agitating with a handbrush and then using a white towel. but there was no soil or dirt transfer into the towel. They only got a bit lighter. I ask myself how to handle them?!
Should i try to use the spotting machine to flush them? If so what do you use? Only cold or hot tap water or are you using a special solution when flushing the spots?
I am really interested how you handle these kind of stubborn, unknown spots.
